PARTNERS IN TIMEThere is no doubt that these challenging times are giving rise to many changes in our thinking on how we work and live. In response, Building Partnerships has formed a new collaborative partnership to provide our Partners and members with a facility that will enhance our business development offer to SME and start up businesses working in the built environment industry.
Members of Build Studios become part of a network of fellow built environment professionals – a community of people to collaborate and grow your business with. Now, working together we will offer both organisation's members and Partners with an enhanced range of services and facilities promoting business growth, support and resilience. We plan an exciting programme of events, workshops and CPD sessions to complement our bespoke mentoring and business support service. Building Partnership Partners and Members joining Build Studios will receive a discount on the fees. ![]() The current crisis has forced companies to examine how they market themselves to new business clients. The prohibition on group meetings has driven networking opportunities online and exposed the limitations of that often undisciplined strategy.
Building Partnerships has long championed a more targeted, professional approach on the basis that good marketing diminishes the need for sales by positioning a company as a natural provider of the required service. Hence our strategy of creating associations that provide proven expertise to investors, developers and end users in specific sectors. The sectors currently covered are HOTELS AND SHORT STAY ACCOMMODATION and EDUCATION and we are pleased to announce the formation of SENIOR LIVING UK that will provide design and development expertise to the senior living and later life care sector. This new initiative is the brainchild of new Building Partnerships Partner, GSE, whose Managing Director, Geoff Green is a keen advocate of providing well designed and technologically relevant accommodation that provides dignity, safety and flexibility in later life; meeting the expectations of coming users who have grown up used to good design and digital access. The association will be publishing its own eMagazine and in time, intel sessions and CPD that will promote the aims and resources available to companies active in the sector.
