What are Building Partnerships?
About UsBuilding Partnerships is fundamentally not just another networking organisation or events company.
We work closely with each Partner member to determine what they want and from whom, and then create strategies to position them so that they can engage with key players from that sector or industry. Our concept has evolved from working with all suppliers in the development process utilising the experience and contacts made in most sectors over a 35 year period. We have formed a number of key collaborations that expand our range of services and benefits - especially to start up and micro companies. These currently include BUILD STUDIOS*, co-working and meeting space dedicated to companies and practices working in the built environment and SEARLE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING*, a business consultant run by Peter Searle, an ex Director of Kier with a career spanning all elements of the contracting industry. *click for information Image provided by BUILD STUDIOS
Our collaboration with BUILD STUDIOS provides us with a permanent base for working, meetings and events. We are embarking on a programme of virtual events, CPD and business workshops that will be free to attend for users of the facility and members of Building Partnerships.
There will be a number of benefits available, including a 15% discount for new Building Partnership introductions. For full details of the offers email via the button below. |
Becoming a PartnerBuilding Partnerships are multi-disciplinary, collaborative groups of all skills and services needed to deliver successful projects.
We create specific sector groups, associations and community initiatives that are designed to promote our Partner's services, and gain them new sustainable business. Each Specific Sector Partnership is open to one of each profession or service. This allows each - lawyer, funder, architect, engineers, contractors and suppliers etc - to work with, or refer a Partner. Current groups are in HOTELS and our original, location based group the SOUTHWARK PROPERTY NETWORK. Future groups are planned in the heritage sector - The Heritage Property Guild - and others identified by partners or market forces. Building Partnerships has also been responsible for larger, community oriented initiatives, primarily Design Brighton and in Newhaven when, with partners, we worked closely with the Local Authorities on projects to promote local regeneration and local building design and build resources. This element of our work is due to expand with projects planned in Bristol and the South West. We welcome Partners from all members of the supply chain including product and materials suppliers. Become a MemberMembers have free access to to all of our events and may contribute articles, news and case studies to our Ezines. You will be listed on our website and on the specific sector site if that is your wish. Your social media posts will be liked and shared, giving them greater coverage.
